Palm Sunday - 13th April 2025

Parish Communion at 10:30 am
Palm Sunday commemorates the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, marking the beginning of Holy Week. Often referred to as "Passion Sunday," this day sets the stage for the events leading up to Easter Sunday.
Maundy Thursday - 17th April

Maundy Thursday, also known as Holy Thursday, falls during Holy Week and commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus Christ and the initiation of the Eucharist.
Good Friday - 18th April

Walk of Witness at 10:00 am
We will join our friends from Christians Together, Sowerby Bridge, for the Walk of Witness, meeting at St. Patrick's Church, Bolton Brow. Good Friday commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, a foundational event in Christianity marked by solemn reflection and remembrance.
Easter Sunday - 20th April

Celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with us. After Jesus' crucifixion and burial, He rose from the dead on the third day. This miraculous event, witnessed by Mary Magdalene and Jesus' disciples, signifies the triumph of life over death and the hope of eternal life.
Easter Lilies
- If you would like to dedicate an Easter lily in memory of a loved one for our Easter Sunday service, you can do so by visiting the church on Tuesday mornings between 11:00 am and 12:00 noon. Alternatively, make your donation through our secure online giving page, selecting the Easter Lily campaign. Each lily costs £3.00.
