Celebrate the Abundance of Harvest with Us
Join us for this year's Harvest Festival at Christ Church, Sowerby Bridge, on Sunday, October 6th. As part of our All-Age Worship, we come together to give thanks for the blessings of the harvest season and support those in need within our community and beyond.

Our Harvest Festival is a wonderful opportunity for families and individuals of all ages to participate in a meaningful and joyful service. Revd Tommy will lead us in worship, offering a reflection on the importance of gratitude and generosity.
Supporting Our Community
Continuing the tradition from the past few years, we will be supporting two vital causes:
1. Happy Days Halifax Food Bank:
We encourage everyone to bring tinned goods and non-perishable items. These donations will help stock the shelves of the food bank, providing essential support to local families in need.
2. Christian African Relief Trust (CART):
In addition to food donations, we welcome monetary gifts to support CART's efforts in providing aid and relief to communities in Africa. Your financial contributions will help fund crucial projects and resources that make a significant difference in the lives of those less fortunate.
How to Participate
- Bring Your Donations: Please bring tinned goods and non-perishable items to the service.
- Monetary Gifts: You can make monetary donations during the service. If you prefer to give online, please visit our donation page.
- Join Us in Worship: Participate in our service and join the celebration of the harvest with prayers, hymns, and reflections suitable for all ages.
